3 miles. 14 obstacles. Lots of mud.

This was the game plan bright and early one slightly chilly Sunday in October. This was the third year running for the Patientco team with veterans and newbies alike nervously waiting at the starting line of the Merrell Down and Dirty Mud Run.

Some people had trained. Others had not.
Some people ran. Others did not.

All got dirty.

In the end, everyone crossed the finish line alive, with a special congratulations to Sierra  with the top Patientco time! She completed the mud run in 47:36 minutes and finished 3rd in the female 18-24 year old age group!
