Customer Experience

The Director, Customer Success will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients that delivers the overall value and long term success of Patientco’s enterprise customers. This position will require a consultative approach that brings proactive strategic planning, complex issue resolution and thoughtful customer communication. The Directors of Customer Success are experts on the Patientco solutions and offerings to engage clients as full adopters, innovation partners and vocal advocates.

This position is the frontline interaction with health system executives and requires problem-solving, building trust, and ensuring that our clients, and Patientco, are set up for long term success. This position will be with the customer throughout the entire customer experience by meeting the clients before the deal is signed and partnering with them through the various stages of the relationship. The lead contact for customer performance and ongoing growth, this position will understand the customer’s strategic priorities, goals, strengths and challenges in a way that develops a customer-focused strategic and tactical engagement plan. Leading a team of successful Customer Success Managers and collaborating with teams across the organization will be essential to execute in this role.

Customer Experience

As the Director of Product Management reporting to the VP of Product, you will define, evangelize, and manage the product development process for Patientco and own the product roadmap, feature definition, and prioritization for Patientco's product suite to meet overall business objections.

This is a position for someone who's developed mature leadership skills, as you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and coaching a team of highly intelligent and highly engaged Product Managers and UX Designers. You will also ensure that the team and the cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, customer success, support and operations) are excited about the product roadmap and are aligned on our approach to deliverables.

As a Software Engineer at Patientco, you should care deeply about how your software is experienced. This means considering how both healthcare patients and providers use your products and how your peers will interact with your code.

Your experience should include having built and -- equally important -- maintained widely-used software. You should have a knack for making tools powerful without compromising their ease of use.

You should enjoy variety (and we aren't just referring to the food and drinks we keep stocked in our kitchen), as you should expect to move up and down the software stack. You will be writing the code that powers our payments engine, digging deep into the back-end to write and tune SQL and dabbling in the client-side JavaScript, HTML and CSS of our web app.

Patientco is a web-based healthcare payments platform built primarily with object-oriented PHP, Golang and JavaScript (including multiple frameworks) - our team members have backgrounds in PHP, Java, .Net and Ruby.
We move quickly, deploying code many times a week, but we also spend time carefully thinking through the edge cases of our products.
